Sand Ridge Junior High - 8th Grade PCCR's

Dear 8th Grade Students and Parents/Guardians,

The Counselors at Sand Ridge Jr. High are pleased to invite parents to attend their student’s PCCR (Plan for College and Career Readiness) meeting the first week of December. A PCCR is an opportunity to discuss with your students’ their academic concerns, future goals, career exploration, and how to help your student succeed in school.
These informative meetings will be taking place during your student’s Science class. Please ask your student what period they have Science so you will know what time to come if you are planning on attending.

These are the days we will be in the following teacher’s classes:
Smith & Breen       Monday, December 2nd
Wadsworth            Tuesday, December 3rd

***There will be a student/parent assignment to be completed prior to your PCCR meeting. This can be accessed in your Science class. Please make sure this is completed before Monday, December 2nd whether your parent plans to attend or not.

We look forward to meeting with you and your student. In the event you are unable to attend, the appointment will still be conducted with your student. If you have additional questions or concerns, feel free to call the Counseling office at 801-476-5322.
