Latinos in Action September 2025 Class Cultural Food Day!
A couple of weeks ago the students were tasked with bringing food from their individual backgrounds to share with the class. We had food from Mexico, Uruguay, Guatemala, Philippines, USA, Dominican Republic, El Salvador and more! What a great way to celebrate differences together !

This year, 40 students signed up to take on this important responsibility, showing pride, respect, and leadership every single day. 💙❤️🤍

Mr. Stevenson’s class put their problem-solving skills to the test with a marble run challenge 🏗️✨ Students had to design a system that could move a marble from top to bottom in under 8 seconds—using every single piece! The activity pushed them to think outside the box, be creative, and build something both durable and efficient.

Parents, check out this free evidence based course available through Weber Human Services and the Roy Community that Cares Coalition. The focus will be on setting rules & boundaries, communicating openly, bonding with your child, managing conflict, identifying risky behavior, implement refusal skills, and preventing substance abuse.
